Who We Are and Why We Built Nadlan101
A few years ago, a good friend told me he wanted to buy an apartment. "Where do I even start?" he asked. We opened Google together — and found a lot. Articles, forums, "comprehensive guides" that ultimately led to a broker's phone number. Some of the information contradicted itself. Some was written by someone who had a financial interest in you calling them.
We left the search more confused than when we started.
The following year brought more friends with the same question. And then more. I found myself explaining the same basic points over and over — in WhatsApp messages, at restaurants, in conversations that ran too long — because everyone needed them. Not because they weren't smart. But because the information simply wasn't accessible and consolidated in plain language.
"At some point I realised: this isn't a problem with specific people. It's a pattern."
So I decided to do what I wished someone had done first — gather the information, organise it logically, and write it in a language that a normal person can read. No bias, no sales pitches, no conflicts of interest.
Nadlan101 is not a large company and it has no bank backing it. It's a place I built because I saw that it was missing — and because my friends needed it. And now I'm happy for you to use it too :)
